How to fix machine from Flacktek: Option 1 Send us back your old machine. Upgrade to the DAC 2800-1000 (gen 2 1kg machine) - 27k USD This would be newer version of your machine. Option 2 Send us back your old machine. Upgrade to the DAC 2800-1000 VAC (gen 2 1kg machine) - 33k USD This is both the newer version, and the vacuum version of your machine Option 3 Send us back your old machine. We repair your machine - ~ 10-12k USD Inspected: Machine was opened to inspect internals. Feedback/ comments: Upon opening the machine, it was clear that the machine had been crashed as a result of under loading. Upon speaking with team members, it was confirmed that the machine was run with nothing in the basket. There was clear damage to the turntable and to the frame itself. see attached pictures. Action Items: This machine should be returned to FlackTek for full inspection and repair. Although the machine seems to currently be operating normally, the extensive damage may result in serious failure.
